A.P. Moller – Maersk and IB Cargo, partnered last year to offer customized logistic solutions for a customer in Romania. The facility, one of the largest in Romania, 75.000 sqm, located in CT Park Bucharest West industrial park, officially opens on 15 September 2021.

The warehouse was completed end of last year and is operational from August 2021. It is BREEAM certificated, the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for projects, infrastructure and buildings and is part of the CT Park Bucharest West, known as the city’s western gateway, conveniently located close to the A1 motorway, the primary East-West corridor in the country and just 10 km from the city’s ring road.

This project will allow Maersk and IB Cargo to offer tailored logistics solutions for inbound and outbound operations for multiple countries.

The storage capacity of the Distribution Centre is over 100.000 pallets and the daily volume for inbound and outbound operations will be for over 70 trucks/day.
